The Life Within is an abridged version of my larger work 'Childs Play' which was composed for double brass band, wind band and choir. As the title suggests it celebrates child's play throughout the years and takes the listner on a musical journey from nursery rythms all the way through to some of the more contemporary music children listen and associate with today.
The piece has something for all performers as well as intricate lines for soloists within the ensemble. PL-C June 2017.
