Terms and Conditions

A contract between us is created when we despatch goods or send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product. In the case of a change of price or other detail, we will always contact you first to ensure that this is acceptable.

 

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK. 20% VAT is included in the price on any item where VAT is chargable. Some items we sell are Zero rated for VAT purposes. We send a VAT receipt with every purchase. Please contact us before making your purchase if you require more information about VAT.

 

Returns We have a 14 day returns policy on most items. Electronic items, CDs, DVDs, Sheet Music, Personalised Items, Mouthpieces, Lip Care, Computer Software, Jewellery and some accessory items (e.g. clarinet reeds) returns will not be accepted unless the item is faulty or returned with seals intact (where appropriate). All items should be returned wherever possible in the same condition you received them in and complete with all packaging. We reserve the right to refuse to accept an item returned in an unacceptable condition.

Under the 2014 Consumer Protection Regulations you have the right to cancel within fourteen days of your contract, or fourteen days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer), any goods returned to us should be recieved by us within 14 days of cancellation. Should you cancel your order you will have your payment returned by your original payment method following our receipt of the goods in the specified condition.

Please do not send us any returned items until you have contacted us. If you wish to make a return please contact us by phone or email detailing your order number, the items to be returned and the reason. We will then give you return instructions.

You will be responsible for paying all return delivery charges unless the item is faulty. You may wish to include insurance in the return postage as they will remain your responsibility until we receive them.
